PDW Case Study: Hy-Vee

Microsoft has released a new case study for SQL Server 2008 R2 Parallel Data Warehouse based on Hy-Vee’s production implementation.  Tom Settle, A-VP Data Warehousing said “basic queries that previously took 20 minutes only took seconds using the SQL Server 2008 R2 Parallel Data Warehouse. This solution dramatically improves our query performance and nightly processing times.”
